Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully. These terms and conditions are binding if you are to use our service.

1. The warranty covers all Smile Dent dental treatment for four years. Travelling and accommodation costs are excluded and not covered by this warranty.
2. Your email address and all other personal information submitted by you to YourFavouriteDentist.co.uk will not be passed to any third party to be used for any other purpose.
3. YourFavouriteDentist.co.uk is obliged to provide you with transportation upon your arrival and drive you to your accommodation within the city of Belgrade.
4. YourFavouriteDentist.co.uk is obliged to provide you with transportation to and from the Smile Dent clinic throughout your dental treatment.
5. YourFavouriteDentist.co.uk is obliged to provide you with transportation from your accommodation to the airport on your departure.
6. YourFavouriteDentist.co.uk is not obliged to organise tourist tours. Although we are here to help, give advice and be of assistance to our clients.
7. YourFavouriteDentist.co.uk is not obliged to provide you with transportation at any other times or for any purpose which is not specific to the service provided by our company.
8. YourFavouriteDentist.co.uk is obliged to provide you with a credited sim card and be of personal, informal assistance (ie not legal or medical) 24 hours a day in the case of an emergency. Should you need emergency medical assistance, we will help you to get the aid you need.
9. In the event of health or dental complications, Smile Dent clinic reserves the right to change or stop treatment according to circumstances. Smile Dent will always endeavour to consult with patients prior to such action taking place in order to explain fully any likely consequences of a continuation of dental treatment.
10. Due to changes associated with the costs of dental treatment and materials, which are beyond the control of Smile Dent and/or YourFavouriteDentist.co.uk, the total price of treatment may change.
11. A 20% deposit of the final quote is payable to us at Yourfavouritedentist.co.uk here in the UK. The final amount must be settled by the end of the treatment at the Smile Dent practise in Dinars or Euros. Please be aware of currency fluctuation.
12. YourFavouriteDentist.co.uk and Smile Dent clinic guarantee 90% accuracy of the basic price agreed.

The Smile Dent warranty does not apply if:

• The patient does not attend for an annual check-up
• Patient's oral hygiene is neglected.
• The denture is not used properly.
• The denture is not cleaned with dental cleaning supplies and tools.
• The denture is damaged due to reasons for which the Smile Dent clinic cannot take responsibility for (e.g. falls down, fight, accident or other events caused by drugs, alcohol or other extra-ordinary causes).
• Patient looses significant weight in a short period of time.
• Problems are caused by voluntary malnutrition.
• Problems are caused by psychological or other mental disorders, illnesses.
• Avoidable delay in reporting any problem connected with our treatment.
